Session and payment records are retained for 12 months for accounting and support purposes, then deleted. MAC addresses are removed from our systems when a session expires.

8. Security

We store all data on secured, encrypted servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by Safaricom's Daraja platform — BIMOS does not store M-Pesa PINs or banking credentials.
